Chapter Ambassadors – The Heart of Our Chapter

We have a special group of members in our chapter known as Ambassadors. They represent the very best of who we are—knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and passionate about making sure everyone feels included in the fun.


You’ll see our Ambassadors at Chapter Meetings, rides, events, and at St. Louis Harley-Davidson, where they actively welcome new members and guests.


Ambassadors have a unique talent for spotting new faces, helping them feel at home, and guiding them through how our chapter works so they can quickly find their place and get involved.

If so, this might describe you:

  • An active chapter member

  • Enjoy talking with others about motorcycling and our H.O.G. chapter

  • Love sharing the fun and camaraderie we have as a chapter

What We Ask of Our Ambassadors

At Chapter Meetings:

  • Help with sign-ins and warmly welcome all members, especially newcomers

  • Take time to learn about new members and introduce them to others with similar interests

  • Explain how meetings work and how to get the most from chapter involvement

  • Share your Ambassador business card so new members know who to contact

Outside of Chapter Meetings:

  • Reach out to new members by phone and build personal connections

  • Share information about the chapter, upcoming rides, and events

  • Track your interactions to help us stay connected and engaged

At Rides and Events:

  • Reconnect with new members you’ve already met and introduce them to others

  • Look for members or guests who may be on their own and help them feel included

  • Foster connections between new members, officers, and fellow riders
