We have a special group of people in our chapter we call Ambassadors. They represent the best of our chapter: knowledgeable, welcoming, friendly, and believe that everyone should be a part of our fun. You will see them at Chapter Meetings, Rides, Events, and New Member Meetings/Rides finding and welcoming new members and guests.

Our Ambassadors have a special talent for recognizing new members, making sure those folks feel welcome, and helping them understand how our chapter works and how to fit in.

Here is what we ask of our Ambassadors

At Chapter Meetings:
  • Help with sign-ins near the door. Welcome all members and actively seek out new members
  • Find out more about the new members and introduce them to other existing members that share similar backgrounds
  • Let them know how our meetings work and how to get the most out of it
  • Share your Ambassador business card so they can reach out to you for questions in the future
Outside of Chapter Meetings:
  • Actively call and speak with new members (and take note of your interactions for tracking interaction)
  • Tell them more about the chapter, the fun members have, and invite them to chapter events and rides
At Rides and Events:
  • Meet with new members you have talked with and introduce them to other members and officers
  • Spot people standing or sitting alone and help them meet others within our chapter
